Founded in July 2022, Intuitive Minds, Inc. was born out of a vision to uplift and empower those facing adversity. What began as a small initiative in Texas has grown into a thriving organization committed to bridging gaps in education, economic empowerment, and wellness.

Founder & Visionary Leader
Shunetta Reed is the heart and driving force behind Intuitive Minds, Inc. With an unshakable passion for volunteerism and a deep-rooted commitment to community upliftment, she transformed her calling into a movement that is changing lives across Texas.
For 20 years, Shunetta thrived in corporate America, excelling in leadership roles that sharpened her strategic acumen and business expertise. Yet, despite her professional success, something was missing. She felt a deeper pull toward purpose—a calling that extended beyond boardrooms and bottom lines. Witnessing firsthand the barriers that marginalized families, underserved youth, and struggling communities faced, she knew she had to do more.
Guided by compassion, empowerment, and equity, she made the courageous decision to retire from corporate America and step fully into her life’s work—creating lasting change from the ground up. In 2022, she founded Intuitive Minds, Inc., not as just another nonprofit, but as a movement of hope, opportunity, and transformation.
Under her leadership, Intuitive Minds, Inc. has:

✅ Provided over 850+ hours of tutoring and mentorship to at-risk youth.
✅ Touched the lives of more than 5,000 individuals through education, wellness, and advocacy initiatives.

With an extensive background in public relations, nonprofit outreach, and community organizing, she develops initiatives that strengthen partnerships with schools, local organizations, and underserved neighborhoods.

As the Development Director of Program and Innovations, she leads and ensures that all educational, wellness, and financial literacy programs are effective, sustainable, and accessible.
